The owners make it a once in a lifetime experience with their incredible hospitality, amazing breakfast and the best travel advice and conversation. It's my second time here and it won't be my last. The Montrose is a couple blocks from the ocean, town and steam train. It is also close to many beautiful hiking trails that end in towns that are nestled in the hills. One hike reminds me of the beautiful Big Sur coast of California. A really magical experience and certainly one of the best kept secrets.
